When leveling my warrior i was a W/R but could never see the benefits of having Ranger as my second profession. People would tell me about Troll Urgent and the typical IWAY + pet in PvP and such but I could never bare to have a secondary profession that I didnt feel benefited me.

So I switched to W/N and had my eye on the Plague Touch + Virulence + warrior skills build shown below:

Death Magic - 8
Strength 8 + 1
Swordsmanship -12 + 1
Tactics - 8 + 1

Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Flurry
Virulence
Plague Touch
Rez sig

For general PvE when I was going for the last 5 missions this was a very decent build and if im farming i use axe and im OK. But its when it comes to PvP and the Underworld (the newish one). I cant get a group in PvP, kicked to make room for other people 90% of the time and in the Underworld things drain your energy meaning Plague Touch + Virulence are usless skills (thank god for Adrenaline for the warrior skills).

What im asking is do you have any suggestions to getting in PvP groups, HoH etc.

I dont mind changing secondary or to axe/hammer if it would mean i could get into a group because sitting around being bored is draining the fun of this great game

I have only run accross one other W/N and i know on the forums there are a few but I just dont see any its either W/R, W/mo or W/E. Kind of makes me think twice about changing my secondary.

So does anyone have any suggestions on how to breathe life back into a warrior for PvPing and such?

I really like the W/Me hammer interupter. you can even take skills that will net you some extra energy when you need it

heres what i usually do for my w/n in pvp
i go with warriors endurance as my elite and bring a zealous sword
and i spam vampiric touch for a while, gotta attack while doing it though to replenish energy
good healing i think
you can come up with the rest of the build

The flaw in your build is that you're not bringing basic pvp ideal to the play.

Frenzy + Sprint > all...

For any warrior with a good team backing him up, these 2 skills MUST be on your skill bar.

It's sad to say, but no other 'practical' warrior build will beat one with both of these in the skill bar because with this, 3 things happen:

1: enemies can't get away from you, you're running [and critting their spine]
2: You can spike FAST. You can deal a lot of damage in 2s. vs. 2.66s. That fraction of a second is ALWAYS the difference between killing someone, and not.
3. You can FAKE well. By using frenzy, and then sprinting AWAY when you get group targeted, you can waste the enemies time. Making the enemy waste time is just as good as, if not as loved as, killing one...

In PvP, Frenzy + Sprint is <3

However, some alternatives I've seen are warriors bringing snares instead of speed skills:

Hamstring
Axe Rake

I believe that if you do decide to bring these, then maybe sprint might not be THAT much needed in any case, though sprint is more practical and costs less to do in the short run.

For my suggested w/n duelist, since you like virulence:

sever
gash
Final Thrust OR galrath slash
Frenzy
Sprint
Plague Touch
Virulence {E}
Rend Enchantments

Even with no points in curses, you can chuck off a LOT of enchants that a coward would be hiding behind [save obsidian flesh and spell breaker]

warrior in pvp without an enchant strip = easy to defend against.
